Melanie is a born and raised Houstonian with over 10 years of managerial experience and has received her real estate license. While working closely alongside Genevieve, her primary focus is to make sure the clients are well taken care of by managing each transaction and assisting in making sure the deadlines are met. When Genevieve is in the field working with clients, she is in the office available to answer questions or handle issues that arise. Melanie plays a vital role in the operation of the team and can be counted on to make sure everything runs smoothly.
MICHAEL BOSSART, Team Leader Keller Williams
Michael is the Managing Broker of the Keller Williams’ Memorial Market Center. His ONE thing is to grow the Market Center by recruiting talent and training productive sales associates. He leads and builds the Market Center to profitability by managing administrative staff with professionalism and efficiency. Michael consistently provides support and leadership to his agents and staff allowing them to grow professionally and constantly evolve to provide top-notch service to our clients.
MARILYN O’NEILL, Risk Manager
Marilyn plays a vital role for the Market Center as she manages all of the legal compliance for the office and the agents. Marilyn’s main role is to ensure that all of the agent’s transactions are compliant with legal and TREC standards. Marilyn also is available to answer contract questions and Real Estate legal questions. Each and every transactions must be reviewed by her at various points in the transaction to make sure all of the “t’s” are crossed and “i’s” are dotted. Marilyn also teaches courses to the agents regarding compliance to ensure that all of the Market Center’s agents are providing the highest level of service possible.
MICHAEL BUTLER, Managing Director & Broker Associate – KW Commercial
Michael Butler joined KW Commercial in 2010 and was key to the creation of KW Commercial Texas Gulf. Michael came to KWCTG with broad experience as an Industrial, Commercial, Investment and Farm & Ranch broker and appraiser. Michael began his career as an industrial real estate broker in 1968. He has an extended range of experience in the representation of major heavy manufacturing, oil patch, offshore drilling & exploration, office, retail, multi-family, hospitality, and other business real estate clients. He has been the representative of foreign industry as well as foreign government business interests in Texas. He is a real property ad valorem tax agent handling special industrial and commercial issues on a selective basis.
MICHELLE ANDERSON, Productivity Coach with MAPS
Michelle is one the Pioneers in the field of Productivity Coaching. The success of her coaching program led her to MAPS coaching where she is currently coaching real estate agents and productivity coaches. Michelle is passionate in partnering with her clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. She is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach, as well as, a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer.
CARLA SCHRAUB, Chicago Title
Carla has been in the title insurance industry since 1981. Having 33 years of experience in the industry, her knowledge and expertise make her a valuable resource to her clients. She works extremely hard to help her Realtor, Lender and Builder clients by being assessable and willing to go the extra mile. She truly cares for her client base and understands that a smooth title process is extremely important and she and her team strive to make that a magnificent experience for all. Erwin Wilbanks has been practicing law in the Houston area for more than 40 years & has been board certified in Commercial & Residential Real Estate Law since 1987. Over his career, Erwin has represented banks, savings and loan, mortgage brokers, and many others. He is designated as an expert witness by 14 law firms, in real estate & title insurance matters. Erwin is licensed with TREC to teach MCE & core courses, which include, real estate law & ethics. He is a member of the TLTA Institute Committee and is a State Bar Real Estate Law presenter that is currently a closing attorney for Independence Title Company.
